At Saffi 3D, we respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to request the deletion of any personal data we have collected.
How to request data deletion
If you have provided personal information during a quote request or purchase, you can request that your data be deleted by following these steps:
- Send an email to hello@saffi3d.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request".
- In the body of the email, please provide the name and email address associated with your account or previous orders.
- Our team will process your request within 7 business days. Once your data has been deleted, we will send you a confirmation email.
What data is deleted?
Upon a successful request, we will delete your name, email, phone number, and order history from our active marketing and user databases.
Note: We are legally required to retain certain information (such as invoices and tax-related order data) for a period of time to comply with Maltese tax and accounting laws.
